OUR CLASSES

Yoga is a practice that is open to anyone and every body, regardless of age, experience, or physical ability. The Studio Cleveland offers a wide-range of yoga class styles and levels to best suit each students’ experience levels.

We offer over 15 different types of yoga classes taught by a variety of teachers with their own unique personalities and styles. From building strength in hot yoga to restoring balance with a yin class, see which classes might be best for you!

All-Levels Vinyasa
Working with the breath and movement, these classes create heat in the body and build strength for those of all experience levels. 70 -75 degrees
Hot Power Vinyasa
This class includes poses flowing from one to another with controlled breath, creating heat in the body and working to open and strengthen the body. Build strength, create flexibility, all while having fun in the heat. Room temp: 90-95 degrees
Power Vinyasa
For advanced yogis or those looking to deepen their practice, this Dharma Yoga class has stretching, twists, balancing poses, backbends, & inversions. Room temp: 70-75 degrees
Hot Vinyasa
This is a class suitable for students with little experience or years of experience. It creates heat and works to open and strengthen the body all while having fun in the heat. Room temp: 90-95 degrees
Heated Deep Stretch
Literally melt away your physical and mental stress with this class. Poses will be held for 3-5 minutes on each side. Room temp: 90-95 degrees
Gentle Yoga
This hatha style practice will focus on mindful movements and connecting with the breath.  This class is for every BODY and open to all levels.
Yin Yoga
Mindful stretching, targeting the deep connective tissues of the body and encouraging free flow of Qi (energy). Floor postures are held for longer periods of time and awareness is brought to sensations in the body. Room temp: 70-75 degrees
Slow Flow
This practice will challenge the mind and body through a combination of meditation, mindful movements, and static postures to help each one of us unlock the resilience deeply rooted within. Room temp 70-75 degrees
Candlelit Slow Flow
This practice will challenge the mind and body through a combination of meditation, mindful movements, and static postures to help each one of us unlock the resilience deeply rooted within. Room temp 70-75 degrees
Restorative Yin Yoga
This practice will challenge the mind and body through a combination of meditation, mindful movements, and static postures to help each one of us unlock the resilience deeply rooted within. Room temp 70-75 degrees
Restorative Slow Flow
This practice will challenge the mind and body through a combination of meditation, mindful movements, and static postures to help each one of us unlock the resilience deeply rooted within. Room temp 70-75 degrees

Yoga for Every BODY

…and we mean it! This offering is truly for every kind of BODY. We believe yoga is more than just a sport or an exclusive club–the practice of yoga is TRULY a life-changing and life-saving practice.

The Studio Cleveland offers donation-based Yoga for Every BODY classes throughout the warm months (May-September) all throughout Cleveland.

With that being said, we believe yoga teachings and practices should be available to every BODY, regardless of anyone’s experience level, body shape, body color, financial standing, social status, or any other inhibiting factors.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment must be provided at time of booking to reserve your appointment, service, workshop or class. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, services, workshops, and classes. 24-hours’ notice must be provided when cancelling to prevent your card on file being charged. There is a 100% charge if cancellation notice is given with less than 24-hours’ notice.
