6:00-7:30 pm Thai Vinyasa with Partner Poses.
(Bring a friend or fly solo!)
7:30-8:30 pm Smile Yoga
8:00-??? pm Potluck
(Bring a vegan/vegetarian dish for 3-4 people)
9:30-11:30pm Kirtan with Vandanam and friends

Enjoy the music, mantra and rockin groove of Vandanam Kirtan Band.
Be soothed, uplifted and transformed by the music. Chant is powerful when doing it alone but in a room of 80 people the power is amplified exponentially. Prepare for your heart to be nurturued, your feet to dance and your whole being to sing!
