This unique yoga/movement intensive summer program provides children ages 5-11 with an introduction to yoga and meditation, as well as fun, high energy activities, yoga related arts and crafts, story times, and more. Special programs include a hacky sack workshop with artist Kristin Bly (http://www.newsenseonline.com/kristin.htm), a hoop dance class with Cleveland Hoop Dance’s Renee Kogler (http://www.clevelandhoopdance.com/), and an aerial silks session with The Studio’s Leslie Friend. Lyz and Colleen will lead fun, age appropriate yoga classes each day; kids will learn sun salutations and basic standing and balancing poses, as well as yogic breathing and meditation.

The cost of the camp is $125 per week with $10 off for each additional sibling ($115 for second sibling, $105 for third, and so on). Children need to bring a sack lunch, an inexpensive yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle. Register by calling The Studio at 216.621.7085.
